Welcoming a New Companis Worker to Northwest African American Museum

Join us in welcoming new Companis Worker Nekya Young-Johnson, who begins a placement this month with partner agency Northwest African American Museum. Nekya, who comes aboard as executive assistant, has an impressive background in administration, including management of 5 federal and local grants for institutions including the University of Washington Center for Health Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and the Houston Health Department. She is a doctoral student in urban planning and will be defending her dissertation in the coming months. We're so happy you're here!
