These three Companis Workers are completing placements that nicely illuminate the scope of Companis’ work in the community. They  are deliver services and make important contributions addressing mental illness, environmental issues and services for our homeless neighbors. Other Companis Workers serve youth and seniors, those needing access to health care and addiction programs, our LGBTQ neighbors and more. Deep gratitude to ALL Companis Workers and to our partner agencies for the important work they do.

Drum roll please…

Companis Workers Christina Greene, placed with NAMI Seattle, and Jan Fitzpatrick, placed with Hanford Challenge, are wrapping up their placements this week. Christina’s skill in business and development needs has proved invaluable in helping NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) bridge a gap and build capacity. Jan Fitzpatrick has served as a business analyst with Hanford Challenge, again expanding agency capacity. Cheers also to Companis Worker Susan Austin, who has completed two placements and began her third this year with Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project, where she provides speakers training to vendors who represent Real Change in the community.
