It was wonderful to hear about the important advocacy and research of Mark Salzer with the Temple University Collaborative on Community Inclusion at the Mental Health Policy Roundtable on March 7. Mark presented and led a discussion about Community Inclusion, in which everyone – including those with behavioral health challenges – has the opportunity to lead meaningful and satisfying lives.
The Roundtable events are organized and facilitated by Companis Worker Laura Van Tosh. Panelists included ChrisTiana, Obey Sumner of Epiphanies of Equity Education and Consulting, Josh Wallace of Peer Seattle, Aaron Burkhalter of the South Seattle Emerald, and Companis director Gary Davis.
Thanks, Gary and Laura, for your contributions to this important community discussion!
