Mental Health and other Covid Resources

We know the Covid pandemic is a rough time for all, in a variety of ways. These are difficult days, and help is available. If you are in need of assistance, we offer these links to a variety of emergency connections, mental health/recovery resources and programs, and more.

Crisis Connections offers a variety of online and phone help services, and comprehensive mental health information and resources.

King County Recovery Coalition, part of the Washington Recovery Alliance has links to programs offering assistance to individuals living with substance use disorder and mental health challenges.

Also, the Washington State Healthcare Authority’s “Washington Listens” site is a new resource for those needing to talk with someone, and gets support from Crisis Connections and other crisis line focused organizations.

United Way of King County’s resource site provides additional links to resources of all types, including food services, economic assistance, translation help, social and wellness links, as well as unemployment information.
