We are proud to share the release of Companis’ 2025 Annual Report, reflecting a year of steady growth, strong partnerships, and meaningful impact across our local nonprofit community.
For more than 30 years, Companis has worked in community as a trusted local partner, strengthening nonprofit capacity by connecting skilled volunteers with organizations where support matters most. This work is rooted in relationships, careful listening, and a clear focus on helping nonprofits build the systems, skills, and support they need to sustain their work over time.
Over the past two years, we have seen 25% growth in volunteer placements, alongside a continued rise in demand from nonprofit partners. In 2025, volunteers contributed 20,740 hours of skilled service, resulting in more than $8 million in cost savings returned to the sector. These placements support communications, operations, fundraising, and direct service, strengthening organizations from the inside and expanding what is possible for the communities they serve.
