Board Chair Message

“Transitions can be moments of reflection and renewal. As Board Chair, I want to assure our community that Companis is entering this next chapter from a place of strength. Our mission remains clear, our programs continue, and our Board is fully engaged in stewarding a thoughtful leadership transition. We are grateful for your trust and partnership as we build what comes next!”

Anne Spangler, Board Chair

Building the Next Chapter Together

After 15 years of dedicated leadership from Gary Davis, Companis is entering a year of carefully guided transition. Our mission remains steady, our programs stay strong, and our community of volunteers, nonprofit partners, donors, staff, and board members remains deeply committed to strengthening nonprofits across King and Snohomish counties.

We’re excited to honor where we’ve been while preparing for what’s next in this next chapter.
